IMS. Developed Go (3GPP), and COPS-PR (IETF) interfaces from scratch
for Policy Deployment Function in the IMS architecture. With field
installation, proved that the developed stack is fully standards compliant. ·
Enhanced
Open Source Diameter stack to develop a Client/Server application that
provides Cx interface for IMS application on Lucent Control Platform
(LCP). In the process, resolved several thread synchronization issues
in the open source stack, and stabilized it to run on a multiprocessor
environment. Defined the requirements for developing an in-house
Diameter stack. ·
As a
recognized expert in the areas of Cx interface, Diameter stack, developed a
Home Subscriber Services (HSS) data scheme that allowed over 40 IMS nodes to
connect to a single HSS and share subscriber data without affecting each
other. ·
As one of
the lead members of the IBCF and BGW development team, was responsible for
development and integration of these components in IMS 6.0. ·
Provided
Write Protect and Cache Flush functionalities on the PowerPC (PPC) based
Excel platform. Provided an innovative method to debug memory
corruptions in the pSOS system that helped find the source of memory
corruptions in a matter of minutes, even those that had remained unsolved for
several weeks. Developed PPC exception handlers and exception debugging
methods. A proven expert in the area of processor exception analysis.

Manager - 7R/E Remote Switching Modules, HW Provisioning, & Test
Automation (5/2000 – 3/2001): Coached
and supported a 23 member technical staff that was responsible for various
projects including 7R/E™ software development, HW provisioning and evolution
procedures, and Test Automation. Estimated, planned, committed, and
managed various projects in the organization. Supported the deployment
of new products in the field, and quickly resolved the field issues.
Recruited and developed the team, and did their performance evaluation and
salary administration. Provided training for the team to support the
project needs. This effort led to successful delivery of the HW
Provisioning procedures for the Packet Switch (PS) solutions well ahead (more

responsible for the 272 Technical Head Count Years size hardware/software
feature to upgrade the Communication Module (CM) in 5ESS™ to use PowerPC™
technology, and shrink the size of a duplex CM from 9 bays to just 1
bay. Prepared the Project Plan that involved the development of new
hardware, new PowerPC™ tools, external vendors, and software from 15
subsystems; the plan included the schedules, system lab needs, and staffing
profiles. Lead the GMS PowerPC™ Tools Architecture team, which included
outside vendors. Ø

Engineer - Single Shelf Module Controller Unit (MCTU3) (3/1995 - 12/1996): Successfully
led the project through the development, integration, factory system test,
and First Office Application phase. Coordinated the work of hardware
development, software development and the factory teams to identify and
